Southern Access Solutions assisting Century Facades at The Enclave, Acton, London.

Rising above North Acton’s evolving skyline, Enclave: Acton is one of the latest tall buildings in the area. At 106m, the 32-storey tower is West London’s tallest volumetric building and reflects efficient, modern techniques which are being implemented to deliver high-rise homes at pace and scale.

Designed by HTA Design and delivered by Tide Construction with its offsite manufacturing partner Vision Volumetric, Enclave: Acton follows Tide and HTA’s collaboration to deliver Enclave: Croydon – the world’s tallest volumetric building.

Enclave: Acton embraces its heritage as the site of The Castle pub, which has now been reimagined as part of the design. It combines a sensitivity to the context of the area while demonstrating both the technical precision underpinning Tide’s volumetric construction method, and the architectural expression through its striking terracotta facade.
